All our products are baked from scratch at our bakery and if there’s one thing that can’t be copied, it’s the care and attention that goes into creating every single one of our delicious pasties. We select only the best ingredients from local suppliers and we never choose quantity over quality.

We take great pride in using only the very best ingredients for our products. We use fresh, 95 percent lean beef which is checked, prepared and minced by us. Our cheese is the finest mature cheddar and is sourced from the local Procter family farm. For our fluffy filling, we selectively source top of the crop potatoes from the best UK farms all year round.

To make our melt in the mouth pastry we only use simple, natural ingredients. We use the highest-grade flour, a pinch of salt, a splash of water and vegetable oil – this is all that goes into our pastry. It’s this recipe that keeps all our pastry light, crisp and delicious.

We take excellent care in preparing and baking our products, from making the perfect pastry to ensuring our filling is always light, fluffy and full of flavour. We’ve worked hard on the shape of our pasties too – our pasties are round because we want them to have a much fuller filling – no air or gaps.

We’ve spent a lot of time and put a lot of effort into ensuring that all our products are as delicious and fresh as the next. The secret to our method? We lock in the taste.

The hot fillings are placed straight onto the pastry and then sealed to lock in the taste and freshness. They are then baked in the oven by us, or placed into our special blast freezer so they are ready for you to bake at home.
