Bolton Hospice £50 Challenge 2024

We took part in the Bolton Hospice £50 challenge again this year and we raised an amazing £2205.04p 💗

This year we held raffles for staff, hosted a Spin the Wheel competition at our shop on Manchester Road, did a car boot, and a competition for children to design a Carrs Pasties football kit. The Spin the Wheel was a hit with customers with some winning free pasties or Carrs Pasties merchandise! 

Over 150 children entered the Design a Carrs Pasties Football Kit competition to win a Smyths Toys Superstores and Carrs Pasties gift card and there were some brilliant entries that we loved looking through, Bolton Hospice then chose the winners. 

One of our favourite parts of the challenge was seeing our Cyril the Squirrel Gingerbreads being enjoyed by so many. They were the perfect addition to our gingerbread range and customers loved them! We worked with the brilliant Original Biscuit Bakers on these. 

Thank you to everyone who got involved and donated, every donation no matter how small makes a huge difference to Bolton Hospice and allows them to continue providing the amazing service they do for the community.

We're looking forward to next year already!
